What we collect

When you sign up for the free template or the waitlist we collect your email address, and your first name if you give it. When you send a message we keep the details in it.

How we use it

We use your email to send the file you asked for, to tell you when the Starter Kit launches, and to send occasional emails about Dinkum Docs if you ticked the box to say that's fine. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We use your message details only to reply to you.

Who sees it

We don't sell or rent your details. They're stored on our web host, and with any email service we use to send messages, which processes them for us. If we're ever required by law to share them, we will.

Cookies

This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, use the contact page. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Terms of use

The templates are provided as a starting point for your own business admin. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for checking that your quotes and invoices meet the requirements that apply to your business, including GST.

You may use the templates for your own jobs and your own business. Please don't resell them, share the files, or put them on another website.

We take care to get the calculations right, but you should check the totals on every quote and invoice before you send it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that result from using the templates. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Refunds

The free quote template costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

The Starter Kit isn't on sale yet. Its refund terms will be published here before it launches. Under the Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a remedy if a product you buy has a major problem, and that applies whatever any policy says. If something is wrong with a template, contact us and we'll sort it out.
