Fill in your details once, type in the job, and send a clean quote with the GST worked out. One tab, no setup.

What's in the file

  • Your business details in yellow cells, set once and reused every job
  • 20 line items with unit, quantity and rate
  • Subtotal, GST and total that calculate themselves
  • A valid-until date, worked out from your quote date
  • A box for your own logo at the top of the quote
  • An acceptance block for the customer to sign
  • A sample fencing quote so you can see how it fits together

Using it

  1. Open it in Excel

    Save a copy with the customer's name so the original stays clean.

  2. Replace the yellow cells

    Add your business name, ABN, phone and GST rate. You only do this once.

  3. Type in the job

    Fill the blue cells with the customer, the site, and each line of work. Delete the sample lines.

  4. Save as PDF and send

    In Excel use File, then Save As, and choose PDF.
